We are walking hand-in-hand to empower individuals to transform their lives through employment and life skills training.

Each year, StepUp Wilmington hosts our Annual Fundraising Luncheon, the only fundraising event we hold throughout the year. This event is critical to funding our mission, as it is our primary source of support for the entire year.

Our goal is to raise enough funds at the luncheon to sustain and expand the vital programs and services we offer to individuals in need of job training, career development, and empowerment. From helping our community’s youth to supporting adults seeking stable employment, every dollar raised goes directly toward making a tangible impact.

Become a Table Captain

We are offering early access to supporters who want to play a leadership role by serving as Table Captains. Table Captains help gather their personal and professional networks and ensure the right voices are in the room to support our mission.

Table Captains receive early access to registration before public registration opens in mid to late March.
