Beyond Talent Update

Beyond Talent was launched as a social enterprise to explore connecting employers and job seekers. Through this work we gained valuable insights that strengthened StepUp Wilmington's core programs and employer relationships. 

As we sharpen our focus, StepUp Wilmington has paused the Beyond Talent initiative to concentrate resources on our mission-driven workforce development programs. Career readiness, coaching, and employer engagement continue through StepUp Wilmington’s established services.
